Åland Rally ajetaan joka vuosi heinäkuun 1. viikonloppu
Åland Rally pidetään joka vuoden heinäkuun ensimmäisenä viikonloppuna Eckerössä,
Notvikens Stugor & Camping leirintäalueella.
Rallyn luonteeseen kuuluu mukavaa yhdessäoloa, saunomista ja makkaranpaistoa sekä pienimmän kalan kalastuskilpailu.
Varsinainen Rally ajetaan lauantaina, joko maisemareittejä pitkin ympäri saarta n. 60km pituisena tai City-Rallyna Maarianhaminassa. Rallyssa ei ratkaise nopeus, vaan nokkeluus ja kääpiöautotietämys.
Vuorovuosittain Rallyn vastuullisena järjestäjänä on Suomen ja Ruotsin kerhot.
Every year during the first weekend of July the Åland Rally is hold at Eckerö in Notvikens Stugor & Camping
The nature of the Rally is to make new international friends and enjoy the cosy atmosphere including Finnish Sauna and t.ex. a fishing contest where the smallest catch wins.
The Rally itself is driven around the island and the lenght is close to 60 kilometres. Some years it has been a City-Rally in Mariehamn. Speed is not a winning element in this Rally. The knowledge of micro-cars and your personal skills of solving problems and tests will bring you the victory.
Every second year the Rally is organized by Finnish Micro-Car Association and every second the Swedish Micro-Car Klubben. |
